• To provide the resume tailoring service
• To send transactional and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• We never sell your data
• We never use your resume content to train AI models

3. How we store it

• Files stored in Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
• Database hosted on Neon (encrypted at rest)
• All data transmitted over HTTPS

4. Third-party services

• Anthropic (AI processing — data not retained for training)
• Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Cloudflare (CDN and storage)

5. Your rights

• Access your data anytime from your dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data: email support@cvdada.com
• We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of CVDada after changes constitutes acceptance.
