Frequently Asked Questions

Is my resume data private?

Yes. Your resume is stored securely and is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. Only you can access your data.

How is CVDada different from other resume builders?

Most tools rearrange what you already wrote. CVDada identifies gaps between your resume and the job description, asks honest questions to surface real experience you may have missed, then generates a resume tailored to that specific role. It's built with remote and international applicants in mind, where the competition is global and a generic resume rarely stands out. It's an evaluator, not just a formatter.

Does it work for any industry?

Yes. CVDada works for any role in any industry — tech, finance, healthcare, marketing, operations, and more.

What file formats are supported?

Upload your base resume as PDF or DOCX. Download your tailored resume as PDF or DOCX.

Will my resume pass ATS filters?

CVDada is built specifically for ATS optimization — single column layout, no images or tables, keyword-matched to the job description. We also show you an ATS score before and after so you can see the improvement.

What happens after my free resume?

After your first free resume, you can pay $5 per resume or $15/month for unlimited. Your master resume and all previous versions are always saved in your dashboard.

Can I use it for LinkedIn job postings?

Yes — copy and paste the job description from LinkedIn and CVDada cleans up the formatting automatically. A browser extension for one-click LinkedIn tailoring is coming soon.

Do you offer refunds?

If CVDada doesn't work as expected, contact us at support@cvdada.com and we'll make it right.

Is there a limit to how many resumes I can store?

No limit. All your tailored resumes and versions are saved in your dashboard indefinitely.

Who built CVDada?

CVDada was built by RT, a full-stack software engineer based in Cebu, Philippines — who got tired of spending hours tailoring the same resume for every international application and built a tool to do it honestly.
